Casa das Pedras Grandes is a comfortable, large stone built Guest house in the beautiful rural setting of the Serra da Lousã Central Portugal. Surrounded by pine and scented eucalyptus slopes, river valleys, charming villages and towns. It is ideal for those that want to get away and experience some of the true character and beauty that this country has to offer.

The guest accommodation comprises of a large ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a large first floor double bedroom, with balcony and private bathroom. Both rooms have radio/cd players, hair dryers, night lights and razor points.

The comfortable guest lounge has UK TV/DVD and dining area, which enjoy great views of the enclosed courtyard, pool with BBQ & forested mountainside. Tea and coffee making facilities are available and a fridge for chilled wine and beer.

A Laptop computer is available for our guests to use, whether it be for property hunting or information to plan days out, checking your e-mails or for travel arrangements. There is also a Portuguese pay as you go mobile phone, to help keep costs down when ringing Portuguese mobile or landline numbers.

If guests prefer not to drive, we can provide transport in our 5 seater combi van, for days or evenings out and to and from the local train station or airports. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
