Villa Le Farnete is a grand, elegant 17th century villa, owned by a family whose ancestors were lawyers and medical doctors, and is located on the outskirts of Florence in a prime position, with panoramic views of the lush green hillside where the famous Carmignano DOCG wine is produced and overlooking the Arno valley.
La Casaccia, with its own entrance, is an intimate apartment with a good sized double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower, plus large living room with comfortable double sofa bed and dining area.
The ancient stone walls of the apartment provide a quiet and peaceful refuge, a place in which to relax from the heat and noise of city life, in an atmosphere of old world tranquillity.


In the fully equipped modern kitchen there is a small table, fridge and freezer, microwave and cooking facilities in typical Tuscany style.
In the main building of the Villa there is a separated washroom with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron boarding.
There is shared use of the swimming pool.
The Casaccia Apartment location makes it the perfect accommodation to immerse yourself in the art and culture of the cities and towns in the vicinity, as well as enjoying the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside, whilst being able to rest and relax in very comfortable surroundings.
The Casaccia apartment allows you to enjoy a unique and comfortable stay just 30 minutes drive from Florence’s historic centre.
Given it’s location, it is possible to explore Tuscany in depth by organising day trips to towns such as Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Siena, the Chianti region, the national park and coastal walk of the Cinque Terre region, as well as trips across to the Mediterranean Sea and the seaside resort of Viareggio.
