Casa Tolteca is a completely private luxury villa nestled within an enchanted tropical forest, with spectacular views of the Pacific.

The villa offers six comfortable bedrooms with three king and three queen beds, and six full baths, each with double vanities, as well as a beautiful vanishing edge pool with refreshing waterfall.

Casa Tolteca is ideal for gatherings of large groups of 20 - 40 people in that it provides two large great rooms for community activities while affording all the privacy of four complete living spaces, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.

The entire Casa Tolteca complex is about 6,500 square feet of living space.

You'll be pampered with daily maid service and regular pool and garden service. You can arrange to have any of your meals prepared by our excellent cook. Our expert multi-lingual concierge will be pleased to assist you with all your arrangements, including any of the many adventure tours.

Casa Tolteca is centrally located within Manuel Antonio, right off the main road between nearby Quepos and the world-famous National Park. This places it within easy walking distance of all the core community activities, including many fine restaurants, casinos, clubs, bars and discos.
Two world-class beaches and the National Park are just a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the villa.

Despite its easy access to all the essential services, CasaTolteca affords extraordinary peace, privacy and seclusion within the forest. Frequent monkeys, occasional sloths, flocks of toucans, and many spectacular lizards may be seen about the villa. Hundreds of species of birds have been spotted from balconies in this area.

Casa Tolteca is the most rented home in the country, so it is rare there is an open week, but we do give last minute discounts up to 50%
