To keep costs down for small groups we offer 2 options. For groups of 1 to 5 guests you can all fit in the apartment with a Queen Size Bed in the Bedroom, a Queen Size Sofa Bed in the Livingroom and a Single Bahama Bed in the Livingroom.



For larger groups up to 10 or for more space and privacy you can add on the adjacent 2-room plus 1/2 bath suite that can accommodate up to 5 guests.



The apartment has a spacious livingroom with electric fireplace and a separate diningroom that opens into a full kitchen with double door refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, stove with oven, dishwasher, sink and many small appliances including a microwave and toaster. A quaint 150 year old glass wall separates the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a vanity sink with wrap-around mirrors, a toilet and a small tub with shower.



Included is a private 1000 square foot walled garden with table and chairs an a grill. Smoking is always okay in the garden. For everyone's comfort, the apartment and the building are non-smking.



The adjacent duplex suite has smallish library/den with a double sofa bed, The large upstairs room
has 2 single beds and a chair bed that is slightly smaller than a single bed.

Area InformationThis beautiful rental is on a tree lined residential block at East 30th Street and Park Avenue; not far from many attractions. Take a scenic walk to the Empire State Building (5 1/2 blocks), Macy's (7 1/2 blocks), Broadway theaters (about 15 blocks), Gramercy Park, the Farmer's Market at Union Square, or The Village and the United Nations. Catch a quick ride on the subway to take advantage of all New York City has to offer. Soho is a quick ride south on the #6 subway which is just 2 1/2 blocks away. Or you can head north on the #6 to Museum Mile and the Metropolitan Museum.

When you don't feel like walking, ride to Bloomingdale's with a stop right under the store. Park Avenue busses are 1/2 block away and run north and south. Lexington Avenue busses are 1/2 block away and run south. There is always the option of taking a taxi or car service too.

To keep the rates lower for small groups, the prices listed are for 1 or 2 guests in the apartment. Additional guests up to 5 total are $35 a night or $150 a week each guest.



The adjacent suite is available all year for $1075/week $225/night for 1 or 2 guests. Additional guests up to 5 total are $35 a night or $150 a week each guest.



Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.



In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook the apartment, a full or partial refund will be made, minus a $250 administration fee.



Accepted payment methods: Visa, Master Card, Certified Check, Personal Check, Bank Transfer

Booking Fee: 50% to secure the reservation

Cleaning Fee: $110 in the apartment, $75 in the suite

Applicable Taxes: 5.875% & $2 a night for weekly rentals.

Changeover day (rented by week): Usually Saturday with some flexibility

Check In Time: 3 PM to 5 PM

Check Out Time: 11 AM

Notes: A Damage/Security deposit of 50% of the rent is required on a credit card
