Located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, nestled on a hill amongst chestnut and thorn trees, our properties are just 5km from the charming spa-town of Bagni di Lucca. You will also be just 25 km from Lucca, 50km from Pisa and 85km from Florence – all an easy drive away if you're planning a day trip.
All of our holiday houses enjoy a stunning rural location on the edge of a medieval hamlet, offering spectacular views of the valleys below. We can offer you six independent holiday houses each with its own garden or terrace and a shared inground pool. All houses provide exposed beams, original terracotta tiles pavements and either Tuscan rural or modern design furniture. The area has a great friendly atmosphere and you’ll feel right at home during your stay.


One of our propeties: Cesa al numero 3
Beautifully restored half of a countryhouse on the edge of Guzzano, a lovely hamlet of the Lucca area, at 5 km from the spa town Bagni di Lucca. Cësa al numero 3 is the largest of our holiday houses. It comprises three levels plus a basement, is about 140 m2 and can accomodate up to 6 persons (on request the max occupancy rises to 8 people with the extra couch bed in the living room). On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchen and a balcony provided with garden furniture, which offers stunning views over the wonderful surrounding nature. On the 1st floor there are two nicely furnished bedrooms each with original double beds. On the top floor we have a garret which comprises a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the basement there is another bathroom with shower and our pretty cellar with table for 8 people. Outside, a large garden completely fenced (1000 m2), an exclusive backyard, equipped with garden furniture, a wood-burning oven for delicious pizzas, roast chicken, etc. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures.

Rental Rates:
from 500 Euro per property (max 6 people) per week to 950 Euro per property (max 6 people) per week.



Required minimum stay: 1 week, Sat/Sat in high season. Sorry no pets in our accommodation.

Prices are per week per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, log fire, cleaning (weekly), electricity, gas, water, washing machine, cot, highchair. Extras: laundry service, extra single/couch bed, dinner, heating, internet wi-fi. **Heating costs: 15 Euro per property, per day. (to be paid on site).

A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer or credit card through paypal, paid net of all bank or paypal charges, is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: per bank transfer (Euro) 6 weeks prior to arrival. All our houses are available for check-in only by appointment, between 4 and 7PM. Check out time is at 11AM. A booking confirmation with directions and a map of the village will be emailed to you after receipt of your deposit.
