This house provides a high level of comfort and relaxed ambience. Outdoors, there are a private pool, sunbeds, solarium, barbecue, and garden with tropical plants. Inside, the accommodation is set on two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One also on this floor, you’ll find a bathroom and two bedrooms(one bedroom with double bed size and the oher one with 2 single beds) .On the first floor, there are a doble size bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom, other bedroom with 2 single beds and one bathroom.

Rental Rates:
the house is available all the year except the months of July and August 2009. prices depending on the season and the period of time the tenancy is going to stay.
