Description:
For rent in the beautiful region of the Beira Alta, a chalet (on approx. 11.000 square metres of land (with pine, olive, vines and fruit trees) in a rural environment. The house is surrounded by forest. It is near the beautiful region of the Serra da Estrella. From our property you can see the mountains.

The house is suited for four persons, but there is a spare single bed present, so there is a possibility to come with five persons.
Pets are welcome (after contact). There is a livingroom with central- heating a fireplace and TV , a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave-oven, a scullery with washing-machine, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms (bedding and towels are included). The house has two terraces, and in front of the house there is a very large (30m2) sun-terrace.

There is also an oval swimming pool (10.3 x 5 m.) with sun terraces.

The chalet is situated in central Portugal, only 5 minutes from the town Oliveira do Hospital. Oliveira has a good selection of bars, restaurants, hotels and shops (there are 4 supermarkets). There also is a cinema (all films shown in English) and an Internet cafe.
