The cottage is set in a stunning location in beautiful countryside. The views are breathtaking and never cease to amaze at any time of year.

It is well located near the town of Villedieu-Les-Poeles, only 20 mins drive to beaches at Granville. Easy to access from the A84 motorway. Lots of things to see and do all year round. Lots of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, markets all within easy driving distance. DD ww2 landing beaches, sites, museums only 45 mins drive.

The cottage is made of stone and has been converted from a 200 year old barn. It retains a wealth of character features such as exposed stone walls and beams.

It has a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a 2nd lounge on the mezzanine floor upstairs. There are 2 large bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. Outside is a patio and a garden for eating, relaxing, and playing in. It is ideal for couples or families wanting to get away from it all but not be too far away from the tourist sites and attractions.

There is a famous zoo only 5 mins drive away in the village and is great for all the family and open all year. The beaches at Granville are just 20 mins drive and from here you can take a boat for the day to Jersey or Guernsey. Mont St Michel - the 8th wonder of the world is only 30 mins drive and should not be missed. There are a host of beaches within easy driving distance from quiet and deserted to lively and bustling.

Rental Rates:
It is available all year - Jan to Dec

Prices for 2007

Feb, March - 150 pounds per week
April - 200 pounds per week
May - 250 pounds per week
June - 275 pounds per week
July and August 350 pounds per week

It is possible to rent per night upto April for only 25 pounds per night.
Long term rental of 1 - 6 months is available from October to April at just 350 pounds per month plus bills.

Linen and towels are included in the rental price. There is a small charge for electricity used at 10 cents per unit to avoid wastage.

Wood is available for the fire at 3 pounds per night or 20 pounds per week. Water and gas are included in all holiday rentals.
