Cottages with English owners on site, in the Mayenne countryside, close to Chateau Gontier and Laval.
La ferme - comprises on the ground floor, large lounge, fully equipped kitchen/diner (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridgefreezer etc) with French doors to the terrasse, bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (can be arranged as a twin room) and shower-room/wc. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a bathroom/wc.
Private parking, terrass with patio furniture and BBQ, there is a swimming pool, childrens play area and games room with pool table, ping-pong, darts etc. We also have book and DVD libraries for guests to borrow from, indoor and outdoor games equipment and an extensive tourist information section.

Rental Rates:
The cottage is available all year. Long term lets by negotiation.

Prices from 250GBP low season (01/10/08 to 28/03/09 and 28/11/09 to 27/03/10)
350GBP mid season (28/03/09 to 30/05/09 and 05/09/09 to 28/11/09)
500GBP high season (30/05/09 to 05/09/09)
per week, and includes all linen, towels including those for use by the pool, gas and electricity.

Payment of 25% deposit at time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
A 150 euros security deposit is requested on arrival.
