Description:
Set in the pretty village of Saint Gervais, our holiday home is a traditional village house which was built over 50 years ago. Totally refurbished to a high standard (see the photo gallery), the house retains the charm and character of the original building, with a large enclosed mature and shaded garden to the rear.
The accommodation comprises of:
A fitted kitchen with sink, fridge-freezer, microwave and gas oven. (washing machine located in out-house off the courtyard at the rear). Electricity and gas (bottled) are included in the rental price.
A dining area with table and chairs.
A large lounge with two double sofa-beds for seating, stereo, TV, Video and DVD player.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, double wardrobe and bedside table. This room will be renovated in April 2008.
Bedroom 2 - Bunk Beds, plus a single bed with extra bed that pulls out from underneath, so could sleep 4 children. There is also a wardrobe, TV, video, DVD and a Playstation I (with a selection of PS 1 games).
Toilet.
Bathroom with sink and shower.
Outside, there is a courtyard with a BBQ, and a large garden which is completely enclosed and safe for children. There are a number of trees giving some shade if needed, and there is a swing set to keep little ones amused. The house has it's very own well in the garden that supplies all the water by an electric pump. Alternately, there is a hand pump in the garden for anyone that is trying to keep fit!. There are also garden chairs, a patio table Gazebo and umbrella.
There is parking outside the front door, and all along the street if necessary.

Rental Rates:
WE ONLY CHARGE ONE FEE OF £350 PER WEEK AS WE DON'T BELIEVE IN INCREASING PRICES FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. RENTAL IS FROM APRIL TO AUGUST.
