The grade II listed property, recently saved from dereliction by a meticulous 2-year renovation using local trades and artisans, now has spacious family accommodation comprising 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The 3 principle rooms are all in the oldest part of the house and date from around 1550, all have crook beam ceilings, exposed oak frames and a wealth of character.

With accommodation for up to 12 guests and permutations of family, double, twin and single rooms available, the property is quietly and conveniently situated immediately adjacent to a public car park providing ample free parking between 4pm & 9am.

With prices starting from around £40 per room per night including a full English breakfast, an enjoyable and comfortable stay is assured. Home cooked evening meals are also available to advance order. We operate a no smoking policy through out the establishment.

A warm, personal welcome is guaranteed by the owner or our resident housekeeper Barbara Johnson. With extensive local knowledge, of where to go and what to do, we will endeavour to make your stay in Andover and the Test Valley a relaxing and enjoyable mini-break or extended holiday.
