Spacious 1BR fully furnished condo for rent at the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida
just 5 miles from Disney. Our condo has a beautiful view of the swimming pool area from the screened balcony and
has all of the comforts of your own home.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a
refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything
you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a big screen
cable TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view of the pool. The condo also has a washer and dryer
for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items
as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.

This unit is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy
access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with
a game room, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, business center, basketball, volleyball, movie theater, and
much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.

Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.
There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and
after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning
service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the
condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only.

Rental Rates:
$59 per night or $400 for 7 nights. There is a $100 per week deposit required that will be applied to your open balance. Full paymnt is due 30 days prior to your arrival. $50 cleaning fee for any stay under 5 nights. 5 nights or more the cleaning fee is waived.
