This lovely old farmhouse is really two terraced houses but is let out as one. Practically untouched by the owners, this house has retained all the Spanish features. It is full of exposed original beams with many everyday life objects on the walls for decoration, giving this house an extremely comfortable and lived in experience. The first house has a beautiful well-equippmed kitchen/diner with gas cooker and oven, and a fridge. A large open fireplace still used today and kitchen table and chairs. A small lounge with arm chairs and a sofabed is just across the stairwell, then bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds in each but one has an extra single bed. The second house has a slightly more modernised well-equipped kitchenette/dining/sitting room. A 4 ring gas hob, extractor fan, microwave and sink units, some built-in cupboards and fridge-freezer, a large dining table with many chairs and large sofas and arm chairs. A twin bedroom is next to this. Upstairs there is a bathroom (as next door)and 2 double bedrooms with bunkbeds and double beds in each. Outside is a large terraced patio with table and chairs leading to 2 BBQs, play area with swings in the olive trees, and good sized pool, slightly raised up. Plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas to sit and relax with stone made tables and benches. Washing machine and laundry facilities are in a small outhouse across the front patio. A very tranquil, rural and beautiful setting off a long mostly concrete track.
