Surrounded by a rich mediterranean vegetation and set in a quit, sunny and elevated area, the villa has a nice patio and private garden with garden furniture. Parking by the house. City centre with shops and restaurant: 1,5 km, harbour with a nice square with bars, restaurants and wellness center: 600 metres, sandy beaches 1,5 km – Beach of La rena Bianca and of La Marmorata. Only 1 hour by car from Olbia airport, it is the ideal for visiting Sardinia all year roud. Car recommanded.
