Costa Azul, the largest Cozumel condo rental in the five-unit building, this 2-bedroom, 2 ½-bath, 3-balcony Cozumel vacation villa is designed for complete privacy, whether the condo vacation rental is for a single family or multiple families. The Costa Azul Cozumel vacation rental condo spans two floors with separate sleeping quarters on each level. Each floor of the Cozumel condo vacation rental has its own spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, full baths with Mexican-tiled Jacuzzi tubs, scenic walls handpainted by a local artist, and their own private balconies.

The housing prices quoted are per week and for double occupancy per room. There is a surcharge for more than four guests. These prices do not include the IVA tax currently 12%. A deposit of 1/2 of the rent is required to reserve the condo with the remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 is collected. All cancellations prior to 45 days from scheduled arrival are refunded less $100.00 service fee.



Purified water, linens, towels (including beach towels), soap, shampoo, as well as mid-week maid service (daily service is available for a small charge), are all provided with each rental.
