The house was finished built in this year. It is 150 m2 largely. In the ground floor a half closed garage is located for order, at the first floor enters it a large kitchen, toilet and, throughout the day, sunny large living room. At the second floor are one double room, two single rooms and bath, which are just as sunny. It suitable for 4 persons, it is exists however the possibility for still another fifth person (particularly if it concerns children). On both floors there are balconies with sea and city view. The center of the city lies approx. 5 minute to foot far and the sew first beach approx. 3 minutes. However there are several beaches in the city still 2, whereby the one in approximately 10 minutes is attainable. With a car one has larger selection. Like e.g. a beautiful and well-known beach for instance 8Km weitetr. The house lies nevertheless in a very calm region. Before the house there is a small road, by which nearly no car drives past, therefore is very calm it. Because of the port a small hill with a very old castle, which is lit up very beautifully at the night, is to the city (from the balconies to see is, 5 minutes footpath). Directly at the port there is a large number of restaurant with fresh maritime courts as well as cafe. The house been suitable particularly for those, which would like themselves to rest, however gives itself it plentifully many to cafe, bar and discotheque for night lives.

Rental Rates:
The house is vermittet the whole year and the Prei is appropriate for g [nstig with 130 euros per day. In the case of a reservation of 14 days, each further day only 120 euros cost.
