Description:
This vacation house is built in Provencal style, ideal for four persons for a vacation retreat. The house is situated in a peaceful location. Living-room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, two WC, a terrace, small garden with possibility for barbecue. A parking place is direct in front of the house.
The distance from the house to the historical village of Fayence with variety of shops and typical French restaurants is approximately 5 min. walk. A golfing place is reachable in just 5 min. by car.
For those who like nightlife as well as fancy seafood-restaurants Cannes is only 25 min. car drive.
The lake: you travel 10 min. to the lake of St Cassien which is a drink water reservoir. Here no motor watersports are allowed. This lake is a natur reservation and is an ideal place for rodfishing and for persons seaking quietness. On the lake's shores you find a number of small restaurants. The lake's shore drop gently to the water.
La Siagne: The small river siagne makes it's way through a beautiful land between the counties of the departements Var and Alpes Maritimes. Through the canyon of this river it is also possible to follow the river to it's source. You will pass by a 2000 years old aquaduct. This roman waterway is still used today for the transportation of fresh water to the towns on the mediterrainen coast.
For the sport of gliding the Mistral and the southern Alpes offer spectacular possibilities to enjoy your sport in Fayence, equivalent to the gliding-centers in eg. Nevada or Colorado.

The pretty and historic village of Fayence rests on a hilltop with narrow Provencal streets and a lively market three times per week.
There are many good restaurants including Michelin guide restaurant just 300 yards from the villa.
Several other interesting villages are just a short distance away and the stunning beaches of the Cote D'Azur just 35 minutes drive including Cannes known for it’s film festival and within one hour is the famous town of St Tropez with it’s bustling streets and harbour.
In and around the surrounding areas are many activities including horse riding, golf, stunning walks, gliding, tennis, water- park, lake with peddeloe's and boules of course
