PERIOD:The rental period is from Sat. [16:00 hrs.] to Sat. [10:00 hrs.]
HEATING: Costs for heating is included in the price during the high season, outside of this season there will be an additional charge [electricity 15 eurocent per kw/h and wood 40 euro per stère].
CLEANING:
The final cleaning is not included in the rental price [with the exception of the high season] if wished euro 40.
Please state additional requirements at time of reservation, e.g. cot, breakfast, diner, bikerental.
Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or send the reservation. Upon receipt, guests will receive a confirmation and invoice. A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 70% is to be paid not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
