Our land is situated on the border of the rural village Gannay sur Loire in the far north of the Auvergne region, and is only a stone's throw, from the beautiful regions of Morvan and Bourgogne.
This country estate is set in more than two hectares of attractive countryside and has the following accommodation available; three bed & breakfast rooms, two holiday houses [La Grande Grue and La Somme], a maisonnette [La Loire} and a little 'camping aire naturelle'.

La Somme
This bigger house is for 8/9 persons and is situated in the former hay-shed has been renovated using traditional methods. There is a big livingroom with beautiful exposed oak beams with a wood burning stove and open kitchen, a large bedroom with a stockbed, a double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with a double bed, a showerroom with washingstand and toilet, a separate toilet and a mezzanine with two single beds.The garden has a covered patio, garden furniture and barbecue.

Rental Rates:
Low-season:30.10.2009 03.04.2010; € 135
Off-season: 11.04- 04.07 and 05.09- 30.10; € 360
High-seasonn: 28.06- 30.08; € 595

PERIOD:The rental period is from Sat. [16:00 hrs.] to Sat. [10:00 hrs.]

HEATING: Costs for heating is included in the price during the high season, outside of this season there will be an additional charge [electricity 15 eurocent per kw/h and wood 40 euro per stère].

CLEANING:
The final cleaning is not included in the rental price [with the exception of the high season] if wished euro 45.

Reservation

Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or send the reservation from our site. Upon receipt, guests will receive a confirmation and invoice. A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 70% is to be paid not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
