The villa is fully furnished, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The entrance to the villa is glazed which offers you the chance to take in the sunshine with your morning coffee, from the entrance you pass into the large lounge area where you will find 2 X 4 seater sofas, NOT sofabeds.. large coffee table, TV with freevie w & spanish channels, large library of books for you to read at your leisure. The dining room has table & chairs for 6 people, the kitchen leads off the dining room, which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob/electric oven, kettle, toaster, crockery /cutlery/cookware/table linen. From the kitchen you can pass to the lower garden where you will find our large 10 mtr x 5 mtr kidney shaped pool, plus sunbeds, extra tables & chairs & BBQ. Going back into the villa and passing via the lounge into the main doublebedroom, one double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tbales, lamps, alarm clock, leading into the full bathroom, with bath, shower,w.c, bidet, sink,bathroom medicine cabinet. The twin bedded room is next door with its own shower room. Up stairs via the internal staircase, you find the 2 nd double bedroom, with full bathroom as detailed above, leadsonto a huge sun terrace, with further tables & chairs, sunbeds, where you can enjoy that late evening sunshine & a cool drink, while you wait for the sunset. All bedding & towels are supplied, however please bring your own beach towels.
Rental Rates:
This villa is available all year round as heated during the winter months via oil fired central heating system.
Rates per villa not per person, 50 % deposit via Bank Transfer 4 weeks prior, late bookings accepted.
