Our Turkish holidays rental property is situated on the south west coast of Turkey between the renowned holiday resorts of Bodrum and Kusadasi called Altinkum “golden sands in the Aegean Sea” where the beaches are sandy and the sea is turquoise in color! Altinkum has its own small harbour where many gulet boats offer a wide range of excursions.

Altinkum, this Aegean coast location is ideal to visit the many famous historical, cultural and wonderful tourist attractions and offers a holiday with something for everyone, nature lovers, sun worshipers, photographers, sports enthusiasts, sailors and archeologists! The Aegean shores of Turkey and Altinkum are among the loveliest landscapes in the country!

Our beautiful newly built and decorated 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment is in a quiet pleasant area of Altinkum close to Third Beach, Dolphin Square and Main Beach, all within easy walking distance. It makes an ideal setting whilst being close to all the amenities and nightlife but in a peaceful setting away from all the hustle and bustle of Altinkum's busy centre.
The apartment overlooks olive groves. There is a small grocery shop attached to the apartments next door which sell all your basic items, should you forget anything whilst you are out and about. The apartment is fully double glazed with mosquito nets. Hot water is provided by an electric storage heater. The apartment has a superb Jacuzzi shower (complete with water massager, FM radio and mood lighting!) and ornate bathroom. The apartment is one of 6 in the block and is on the first floor.

5 minutes walk to Main Beach

Two bedrooms with twin beds, 1 luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, 1 lounge/kitchen dinner and sleeps maximum of 6 people.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Meryem Ana Hotel and guests are welcome to use their swimming pool and facilities.

The busy resort of Altinkum, boasts 3 beautiful sandy beaches, all providing sun-loungers/brollies, numerous watersports, plenty of beach-side cafe/bars and restaurants.
The fantastic ancient ruins of Ephesus and Pammukale are only a few hours drive away, and tours can be arranged through various tour operators in the resort. You can also take the ferry to the Greek Island of Kos direct from Altinkum. Cost approx 30.
The ancient ruin of Apollo Temple is only a 10 minute journey by Dolmus, found just outside of Altinkum. The local shop is only a minute walk away providing you with your basic groceries. Larger supermarkets can be found in Altinkum, (Dolmus drops you off outside)! There are a many restaurants in walking distance from the apartment, but most restaurants in Altinkum offer a car service where they will collect and take you back home for nothing! Banks and the Post Office also found in Altinkum. The best place to change your money is in the Jewellery Shops.
