The EtnoPajara is a stone house built according to the ancient local tradition (trulli Salentini), with a panorama of the Adriatic coast. The residence is located near Tricase Porto.
There is direct and private access to the sea, for the exclusive use of the residents. The terrace overlooking the sea is equipped with garden furniture and can be used as an open living space. The interior design is of 1970’s mediterranean style. A path leads from the house, through the beautiful wild nature down to the sea, where there is a platform with steps into the sea, which ensure ease of access to the blu waters of Tricase.
Inside layout: large living-dining room with sofa and a table seating 8 people, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunked beds, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher and washing mashine.
