29 Mar 08 – 1 Nov 08: $155/night, $1,085 /week (4 night minimum)



1 Nov 08 – 20 Dec 08: $230/night, $1,610/week (4 night minimum)



20 Dec 08 – 3 Jan 09: $345/night, $2,415/week (7 night minimum)



3 Jan 09 – 4 Apr 09: $230/night, $1,610/week (4 night minimum)



4 Apr 09 – 18 Apr 09: $340/night, $2,380/week (7 night minimum)



18 Apr 09 – 1 Nov 09: $155/night, $1,085/week (4 night minimum)



1 Nov 09 – 19 Dec 09: $230/night, $1,610/week (4 night minimum)



19 Dec 09 – 2 Jan 10: $345/night, $2,415/week (7 night minimum)



Prices do not include cleanings: $23 each, 2 per week minimum



Security Deposit: $500, refundable after cleaning and final inspection





Terms:

50% deposit to hold the reservation, balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
