On a quiet private estate standing in an acre of landscaped garden with views over a nature reserve and salt water creek with boat access to the Gulf from the private dock. Only a few minutes from many golf courses and the white sandy Gulf Coast beaches. The cathedral ceilings give it a light airy feeling. It has a well-appointed modern kitchen. The large master bedroom with its fabulous en suite bathroom and tray ceiling has direct access to the pool area and is placed on the opposite side of the house to the other bedrooms, thus giving peace, quiet and privacy. The fully screened and heated pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. The garage has space for 2 cars.
The house is located on the Gulf Coast, 1 hour from both Tampa and Fort Myers airports and less than 2 hours from the theme parks in Orlando (4 Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, 4 Water Parks, the opportunity to swim with dolphins, night clubs etc.) The area offers everything imaginable for the discerning holiday maker from white sandy, award winning, beaches to art galleries, theatres, excellent restaurants, nature reserves, wildlife, and outdoor sports. All of this can be enjoyed in the sunshine with average 75° temperatures. What ever your pleasure, golf, tennis, sailing, boating, fishing, shopping, or eating the Gulf Coast is a must and Venice is the ideal base for your holiday.

Rental Rates:
Winter:- Jan-March $1500/week

The rest of the year:- $999/week

All financial transactions and contracts are processed through our certified & bonded management agent in Venice. Payment can be accepted in US$ EUR or UK Pounds Sterling if necessary.



A booking/security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. A payment of 25% of the rent is due 120 days prior to arrival and the remaining 75% is payable 45 days before arrival. Electricity costs above $100 per month, and a fixed charge of $125 for 'normal' cleaning, washing of sheets + towels and bed making at the end of each rental is deducted from the security deposit. Prices do not include 11% local tax and are subject to change prior to a confirmed booking.



Cancellations are charged $500, the balance being refundable only if a suitable replacement booking is secured for the same period.



Only three rentals per year can be less than one month long.
