As proud owners of Four Corners Villa, Vacation Home we have worked hard to ensure that we can offer you and your family a wonderful choice of either activities or relaxation.

Take a leisurely dip in the South Facing Pool or stretch out (possibly with a good book from the library we have provided in the home) on the extended Deck Area, with it’s large selection of Patio Furniture and soak up some of that famous Florida Sunshine.

The Kids (and Adults!) will just love the Fantastic new Games Room with Table Tennis, Foosball Table and Electronic Darts. For our younger guests we have provided a selection of Toys, Books and Games to keep them amused and entertained.

For the time you plan to be away from the home, Four Corners Villa is ideally located for Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. There are numerous Golf Courses nearby including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.

If you need to check out Park Opening Times or Book a Tee Time log onto the Internet with the FREE Home Computer and ensure that you stay up to date with your e mails.

New for 2006 is the slimline PS2 with a selection of games.

Four Corners Villa location means that you are minutes from Interstate 4 with the Atlantic Coast about 1 hour in one direction and the Gulf Coast a similar distance in the opposite direction.

Description

Furnished in Natural Shades and Timber with the entire living area tiled this Villa provides a cool and calm environment in which to relax after a hard day at the nearby theme parks or shopping malls.

The specification has been upgraded and includes vaulted ceilings,rounded corners,Tiles in all living areas and bathrooms and upgraded pad in the carpeted areas. The furniture is in keeping with the style of the house and we have worked hard to make a home from home with artificial plants and ornaments.

The Villa has a South Facing 28'Pool and Extended Deck Area which is completely screened includes a good selection of Patio Furniture and a Gas BBQ. The Pool is equipped with an electric Pool Heater which is an optional extra in the cooler months, as well as underwater lighting and a swimout on which you can sit and watch the evening Sun go down.

Also you must try out the Games Room with Table Tennis, Foosball ( Table Football) and Electronic Darts. We have also provided a selection of Toys and Games for our younger visitors

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances including Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Hob and Large Fridge Freezer. There is also a separate Utility Room with Washer, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

All Bedrooms and the Family Room have Cable TV, all TV's are independently operated so each room can watch a different programme ! and the house is equipped with VCR's a DVD Player and even a Home Computer with Internet Access to ensure that even the most ardent e- mailer can keep in touch

There are four bedrooms.

Master Suite 1 has a King Size Bed and Full Bathroom with "his" and "hers" washbasins, shower and separate tub. The bedroom also has direct access to the pool deck via patio doors. Perfect for that dip before Breakfast.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed and Full Bathroom with large walk in Shower.

Bedroom 3 has a Full Size Bed whilst Bedroom 4 has Twin Beds. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the Family Bathroom with Bathtub and Shower.

Each Bathroom is equipped with a Hairdryer

All Bed Linen and Towels are provided including Pool Towels.

There is also a High Chair, Crib, Stroller and Playpen provided FREE for use during your stay.

Mid Season $ 865



Premium Season $ 925

Standard Season is Jan, Feb, March, November, December

Holiday Season is any weeks containing Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year



Pool Heat is available at an additional charge of $ 140 per week



Prices are inclusive of local taxes.



For stays of less than 5 nights please add $75 cleaning fee



Deposit of $160 per week or part thereof secures booking



Balance plus Refundable Security Deposit of $320 is due 10 weeks prior to arrival
