Filanda is close to the main resort town of Riva del Garda, just 1.5 kms from the beach and 2 kms from the old city centre.

This fabulous Residence caters for all needs, those with children, those who like to get in touch with nature, those who prefer an active holiday, those who are keen on culture, the sportsmen or perhaps just love the gastronomical specialities of the area. Filanda is built in keeping with its surroundings and is situated in a sunny position, in the green stillness of Riva del Garda.

Filanda is surrounded by olivegroves, vineyards and orchards in Mediterranean/Pre-Alpine scenery, which you can never tire of. In the neighborhood you can find a supermarket, restaurants and tobacconists.

The apartments are large, up to 70 sq m/645 sq ft in size, all having a balcony or terrace, with either one, two, or three rooms to accommodate two to six people.

They are comfortable and clean to ensure you sleep well.

The rooms have been totally renovated and are air-conditioned, heated, with SAT-TV, safe, internet access, balcony or terrace.

Riva del Garda is a lovely little town welcoming visitors from Lombardia region into the autonomous region Trentino Alto Adige, near the Austrian border. The region used to be part of the Austrian Hungarian Empire, before WW1.

Back in the ages, Riva had also been a little Roman settlement as some of its ancient remainings and thermae could be spotted in the old town.

The town benefits from a near mediterranean unique micro-climate, not common for a location on the foot of the Dolomiti chain of mountains. The year round mild climate in Riva del Garda favours a Mediterranean flora, olive-lemon-palm and laurel trees which remain green in most or all seasons.

Riva also enjoys the most striking and largest beach around Lake Garda as it just looks like a sea.

Riva is home and meeting place for mountain bike afficionados, wind-surf, canoe, canyoning, sailing lovers.
