When you make an inquiry for our villa, the inquiry comes directly to us, the villa owners and we will reply to you personally.
All rates are for the entire villa, regardless of occupancy (maximum occupancy 10). Our home is professionally cleaned & prepared after each guest.
Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £75 per week.
Bookings under 5 nights will incur a standard cleaning fee of £65

The Sanctuary at Westhaven :
The Sanctuary at West Haven is situated on the county road 54, easily accessed from the Interstate 4 and Highway 27.
The villa is situated literally 10 minutes drive from Disney's main gate. After leaving the interstate 4 at junction 58, head through the impressive Champions Gate entrance. The villa is 2 miles from this point. Drive to the end of the boulevard, make a right turn, and after less than 1 mile West Haven will appear on the left.
Villas all have traditional red-stone paved driveway with all the gardens, trees and shrubberise exceptionally well manicured.
Leading to the villa is a private tree lined boulevard. The actual entrance to The Sanctuary is through coded security gates to ensure your exclusive comfort at all times.
Our Luxury Villa is located off junction 58 of the I-4, next exit down from Disney ramp and adjacent to the Champions Gate 36 hole Golf and Leisure Complex. There is a nearby Publix Supermarket, Restaurants, Hairdresser and DVD/Video/PS2 Hire Store. The Sanctuary is a sub-division of West Haven, a gated community and the villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking a conservation lake. Only 10 minutes from the Disney ramp, 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford Airport. Our villa is in an ideal location for your Florida holiday. You can fish, golf, cycle, walk, visit the attractions, or just relax, swim in the pool, or sunbathe on the large rear patio.
