This STUDIO apartment is a great budget option and is a great, very convenient place to stay for everything in IBIZA TOWN!
It is NOT in a big impersonal block so you have a good degree of privacy, yet the location is only one minute from the Figueretas sandy beach and promenade with its many bars and restaurants. Walking to the harbour area takes about 10 minutes.
The STUDIO apartment is open-plan, with the sleeping area containing a good-quality double-bed - and an electric fan. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob with 4 rings + a full-size fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a washing-machine. There is a separate bathroom, with shower. There is a T.V. (digital satellite + terrestial Spanish - international news channels, etc...)
There are no views from the apartment but a very strong feature of this apartment - apart from its good location - is the private, pleasant, sunny terrace with table, chairs, sunlounger chairs and parasol set in a Mediterranean garden setting. You enjoy a good degree of privacy here! There is no apartment directly above. Most accommodations will not have such a spacious, sunny terrace set in a typical Mediterranean garden setting. There is an external staircase adjacent to the terrace that is used to gain access to one other apartment only, so occupiers of this apartment cross the bottom of the studio's terrace to gain access - otherwise, there is total privacy. However, it should be pointed out that the apartment above is not directly above the STUDIO so you do not hear the occupants of that apartment walking above you!

Rental Rates:
All rates are weekly (per 7 nights)

Bookings can be for odd durations, subject to availability, but the minimum rental rate is calculated as if for 5 nights, calculated pro-rata on the weekly rate. All rates are on a pre-paid basis. If booking more than 9 weeks in advance, a 25% deposit is payable, otherwise full payment. In addition, a £25 per person, keys / breakages deposit is taken (refundable provided no mishaps).



Prices are in British Pounds:



April @ £280

May + October @ £315,

June + September @ £385,

whereas for the peak months of July and August @ £455.



The price of £140 is from November to March (except 21 Dec-6 Jan @ £280 per 7 nights) but 25% off for a long-stay during winter of one month and 40% off for a minimum of 2 months
