Your Mid-Cape cozy beach cottage is a quintessential Cape Cod experience, with it's crushed shell walkway and sunny deck where you can enjoy the summer breezes of Cape Cod. Each cottage is well equipped for air travelers - we offer linens, beach towels, beach chairs (4) and umbrella along with a rolling lunch cooler for a lovely seaside lunch.

Here you can enjoy the comfort of a traditional New England Beach cottage. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and an open floor plan for the living area. Your two bedroom cottage is outfitted annually with all new bedding. Each bedroom has two single beds in each. ( One bedroom can be converted to a king bed or can use bedrail for small children). We have lots of great comments about how well clean and well-equipped our cottages are.

The outdoor deck has a patio set along with a gas fired BBQ grill. This is a nice way to spend time relaxing or enjoy a meal. An added bonus to having your own kitchen and grill is it allows you to dine in and save your holiday dollars to spend on the many other other wonderful things that there are to see and do on the Cape.

Located in the middle of the Cape we are central to all that the Cape has to offer. Come visit the Cape we would love to host you!!

Rental Rates:
June 27-September 5, 2009 Weekly Rentals only $995.00 per week

June 20--27, 2009 Weekly Rental Rate $ 850.00
