Description:
This beautiful Historic property was rescued from demolition in 1994 and lovingly restored by it's current owners. It had been burned in a fire in 1990 and was left exposed to the elements for five years. Esther and Gil toiled for two and one half years to create a beautiful, welcoming home for weary travellers. Esther works full time in the house at the beck and call of her guests, Gil is a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police with over 30 years of service. He also spends considerable time in the gardens on the property. Breakfasts at the Harbour's Edge are delicious and render lunch unnecessary.
