Located on Cresent Lakes, a peaceful and quiet area which is so convenient for just about everything. You are just minutes away from the "192" with all it's many entertainments, attractions, restaurants and shopping where you will be spoilt for choice. Also there, is Old Town with fun for all the family. Not only are there exciting rides, but quaint shops, restaurants, live music, and very scarry Bungee Jumping!! On Friday and Saturday evenings they have a custom and classic car parade through the Main Street. You will need your camera for sure to show all the folks back home!
Disney and all major theme parks are a 10 minute drive away and there are many world class golf courses in the area too.
There is plenty of night life to enjoy in all the theme parks. If you visit the Magic Kingdom, make sure it is on a night when they have their night parade, Spectromagic. It is something not to be missed.You will really need your camcorder here, it is fantastic. You could try some of the many dinner shows on offer too, such as Arabian Nights, where you can watch a chariott race and beautiful horses perform while eating your dinner. There are also places like Church St. Station with their many theme bars and entertainments, or Pleasure Island, where they cellebrate New Years Eve on every night of the year!
Just an hours drive will bring you to many beautiful beaches with warm waters and golden sands, or the Kennedy Space Center where you can get up close to a real space shuttle. Not forgetting Busch Gardens, where they not only have wild rides, but wild animals too!
We never miss an exciting air-boat ride and you can also try a hot-air balloon ride too.
Our villa offers you a perfect location what ever you plan to do. But if you prefer a lazy laid back vacation we can offer that too, as the views from the villa are spectacular.
We are situated on a larger than average plot which isn't over looked and has uninterupted views of the lake. wild life etc. The villa has 4 bedrooms and in the master bedroom there is a four poster bed. One of the two bathrooms is on suite and the other is a family bathroom
In our large lounge there is plenty of comfortable furniture. The 42"LCD TV has 300 cable channels and Premiership football channels, plus dvd, vcr, games, cd's etc.
We have installed IONICS Water filtration, best in the world! So no more bottled water to buy!!
The kitchen really is equipped with so much, to cater for all your needs. Cooker,dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal large fridge/freezer, plus an extra one to hold beer and wine, crocery, cutlery and a very large cookware selection. There is a breakfast section with table and chairs and a bar with stools, as well as a seperate dining room seating 8 people. The utility room is equipped with a large washer, dryer, iron & board. There is a large selection of nursery items for the little ones too, such as cot, bed, highchair stroller and many others. Here are some of the many extras we have on offer, full security on doors and windows, safe, illuminated light switches, back-up lighting, UK kettle with UK 240 plug so that our UK guests can charge there cameras etc..
We also have free Internet and free phone calls to all the US states, Canada & UK. There are mountain bikes, fishing rods, walkie talkies for the parkks, in fact just too many to list.

Rental Rates:
£550.00 - £600.00 per week

The rates are fully inclusive apart from pool heat which is an optional extra at £100.00 per week.

A £100.00 for each week booked secures the booking and the balance must be paid in full no less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A security deposit is required at this time but will be returned to you on your return subject to a satisfactory report from the management.

We would rather take a minimum of a 1 week booking. If less, than a cleaning charge etc will apply.
