This rustic Yugoslavian house is located in the village of Poljubinj, 2 kilometres from Tolmin in the Posoce region of Northwest Slovenia. The accommodation has been fully refurbished, sleeps 6, and comprises 4 bedrooms (master twin or double, two single and one double bunk bed room), two bathrooms, one with power shower and another with a large restored period bath and shower. The new fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with an automatic dishwasher and clothes washing machine. The house is great for kids, with a bunk bedroom and a single room connecting to that.

On the south side of the house is a garden terrace which receives sunshine all day, with garden furniture and a pergola with vines growing grapes for shade. On the north side is a shady balcony with mountain views. Parking facilities are provided for 3 cars.

The Soca Valley provides an outstanding holiday destination, situated at the foot of the Juliana Alps. Activites for all are provided; walking, trekking, all types of river sports on the beautiful glacial rivers, world-class fishing, hang and paragliding, rock-climbing and many others.

The house is situated in a small village 1km from the town of Tolmin, which has all amenities, restaurants, bars and night clubs. There are excellent coffee bars and many live concerts in town through the summer, and the village of Kobarid up the valley boasts some superb restaurants. The house is 1 hour from Trieste airport, 2 hours from Venice, and 2 hours from Ljubljana. It is easy to access Italy, where you can enjoy the old town centres of Udine, and Cividale. It is about a 45 minute drive to the seaside in Italy.
