House ideal for relaxing holidays, built in 2005, situated on a hill over the sandy beaches of Pescoluse near the locality Salve (LE), (approx. 10 km west of Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern most point of the Salento and at the beginning of the Ionic coast). Furniture and equipment are new and modern. The cottage is comprised of one large living-room, a small kitchen, two bed-rooms, two bath-rooms with bathtub and shower, large shady terrace with panoramic view. The apartment has 8/10 sleeping-places (two bed-rooms each one with a double bed and a bunk-bed and a double sofa-bed in the living-room). The kitchen has a fridge and a freezer, an electric oven, a stove top, a dish-washer, a microwave. The cottage has air conditioning and heating in the bed-rooms, a fireplace, sat-television, dvd-player, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. Comfortable private parking, stone barbecue, external shower, 8000 mq private olive orchards surround the cottage.
