House Olive Tree is set in a grove of olive trees, not 30 meters from the sea. It is a natural stone cottage with green shutters and a red tiled roof. It has a lovely shaded veranda with a 6 seater table - perfect for alfresco Adriatic summer living! A path leads through the olive trees to a private jetty on the crystal clean, warm Adriatic. The cottage is situated in a beautifully protected bay on the SW shore of the Pasman Island. Rustic, charming, with a white-washed interior, tiled floor in kitchen and bathroom. Simply furnished with bare necessities, perfect for a quiet seaside holiday - away from the maddening crowd! Diving and canoe excursions can be discussed with the house owner. The cottage is basically furnished; it is ‘back to basics’ with simple furniture and sanitary! The refrigerator and oven works with gas. The house has a thermo bag shower as well; this is a self-filled water reservoir, heated by the sun.

Ground floor: 1 livingroom (single bed), 1 kitchen (oven), 1 bedroom (single bed, double bed), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (shower, Toilet). General: terrace, BBQ.
ATTENTION: There is a one-time registration fee upon arrival of EUR 1,50 per person to be paid on the site. After you have collected the key at the office of the house owner, then at your own time take the boat to Tkon (Ferry tickets are not included in the price). Once you arrive there, your car will be placed at a safe place and the manager will take you, by boat to your holiday house (transfer on the arrival and departure day is included in price). Shopping is done from the market ship that arrives every day to every bay (not house) during the morning except on Saturdays. If the market ship is not arriving out of any reason, the delivery is done every 3 days according to the order placed to Val Tours. No special charges for the elivery, clients pay only for the ordered items. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (Euro 25,- per day/on request). The water supply is limited; please use it sparingly. Attention: electricity of 12 V, however, this is only for lights, and for mobile phone battery recharge, maybe a radio. No household equipment, hairdryers, laptops etc. Important: The arrival to Val Tours travel agency in Biograd should be till noon because of the specific transfer. Please make sure to be on time.
