Description:
Our house is a three storeys, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, family house with a garden and a magnificent view of the Dubrovnik Riviera. It is located on the top of the Ivanica hill and stands alone. There are only three other houses on the top of the hill, so you will have all the privacy and peace you need. The house sleeps 7 people comfortably but an additional 2 can be arranged upon request.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, hall and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two beds each, a bathroom and a covered balcony. The master bedroom and master bathroom are situated on the top floor with a covered balcony and a further small bedroom attached.

The house has been recently renovated and well equipped for you to enjoy a perfectly comfortable holiday. Features include:

A modern built in kitchen with refrigerator, deep freeze, classical oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, all kitchen china and dishes, appliances and utilities. Basic kitchen supplies are also provided for your convenience.
Air conditioning in every room
Satellite TV/radio with numerous channels in all languages
DVD, Divx, CD, MP3
Washing machine
Hair dryer
Iron and ironing board
Vacuum cleaner
For your maximum sleeping comfort all beds are hand-made and new. Bed linen and towels are supplied and replaced weekly.

Upon request we can supply baby cots and other necessities for infants/children.

Rental Rates:
June, July, August : 17 Eur per person. Minimum 4 persons

Other months: 13 Eur per person, minimum 4 persons
