There is a Private guesthouse with a double bedroom with direct access to the Pool, theirs a kitchenette with fridge and sink as wells as seating area over the looking Pool.

The Villa is ideally located, its just a few minutes drive from the beach, shops, supermarkets, Schools, Hospitals, Bars , Restaurants and between 10-30 Minutes to the majority of Hua's Hin Golf Courses.

Getting Around around is easy.
I will provide phones numbers for Taxis carrying upto 12 People as well as Tuk Tuk number for upto 4.

Bedrooms 1&2 . Ideal for 2 couples, 1 with double bed, 1 king size and wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and air-con. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the Pool.
Bedroom 3 , Has 2 single beds and wardrobe, en-suite with shower and air-con.
Bedroom 4, Has a single bed and wardrobe, air-con and fan.
Maids room/ 5th Bedroom. A small bedroom with single Bed,wardrobe, fan and air-con, small en-suite shower and toilet area.
Dinning Room with 6 Seater dinning table, sofa bed.
Living Room, The large living area has a lovely view on to the front garden, comes complete with 2 Large sofas, TV, music system and air-con.
Kitchen: (European). with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and automatic washing machine.

Guest-house, is separate to the main house, has a lovely view of the the Swimming Pool, it includes a double bedroom, with wardrobe ,air-con and fan, kitchenette, with sink, 2 ring gas hob,fridge and seating area. The bedroom doesn't have direct access to a toilet/shower but theirs one just outside.

Swimming Pool,
Its a big swimming Pool (15/6.5 Mtrs) with separate children's area and jacuzzi. Enclosed for child safety.

Outside Toilet. With pool shower, wash hand basin (with hot water) and urinal.

Outside and Garden.
Automatic security lights all around the property.
Carport, for 2 cars and further parking for up to 4 cars.
Garden has an electric water sprinkler system.
Parking and outside walkways have been fully tiled.

Other Charges.

The rental price doesn't include electric and water usage.Electric is charged AT 6 THB per unit used and water 40THB per unit used.

The meter is read on arrival and departure, I ask for a 5,000 THB per week booked as a deposit for electric costs.



Final Clean Charge. 1,000 THB

1 days rental payment is required, this need to be

confirmed when making the booking.

Taxi from 2800 to 3500 THB Per trip

Minibus from 3,500 to 4300 THB per trip.

Maids service. 500 THB Per day

Internet access. 150 THB Per day. If you require internet access it needs to be for the full booking period.



Deposits/Payments

30% deposit secure the booking and final payment made 1 month before date of arrival.

I ask for for payment directly into my UK or Thai bank account.

Booking/availability is not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.
