Il Passo degli Ulivi is an agriturismo located in the Tuscan Maremma that hosts three fully independent vacation apartments: Edera, Spighe and Badia.

Each of the three apartments is made up of two rooms plus bathroom: double bedroom and sitting room/kitchen with sofabed. All have air-conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter months.

Guests can relax under the portico or on the large terrace which overlooks the expansive garden.

Il Passo degli Ulivi has a large inground swimming pool, barbecue and laundry room which are shared with the other guests of the agriturismo.

These vacation apartments are an ideal choice for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.

Il Passo degli Ulivi is an agriturismo made up of self-catering apartments.

Rental Rates:
Prices are for each individual apartment. We rent from Saturday to Saturday only in high and middle season. We rent for a minimum of 5 nights in low season.

Low-season: 360 euros per week.

Middle-season: 480 euros per week

High-season: 630 euros per week

July 21 - August 25, 2007: 750 euros per week

The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Pets are allowed upon request.



Rental prices include:

bedroom linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (changed weekly)

final cleaning

consumption of water, electricity and gas

use of the laundry machine and iron

Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. It is possible to arrange for a different arrival time upon advance notice. For weekly stays, the rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. The apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.



Any damages to the premises are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid at the time of departure.



Payment methods

30% of the total rental price is to be paid in advance at the time of reservation (nonrefundable). The remaining 70% must be paid at the time of arrival.



Upon arrival, guests must leave a security deposit of €100.00 which will be returned on the morning of departure provided that there are no damages to the premises.



Cancellation fees

In the case that a confirmed reservation is cancelled by the guest the following fees will apply:



30% of the total agreed upon rental price (the reservation deposit)
