Our ground floor apartment sleeps 2 adults sharing plus there is a double sofa bed but is not recommended for long periods.
There is a shower with basin and toilet.
There is fully fitted kitchen and dining area.
There is a wood burner in the lounge with central heating for year round rental.
There are fly nets on all windows and doors.
There is a games room with pool table and dartboard and patrons may smoke in this room only as we operate a no smoking policy.
The property is within an enclosed garden
Parking is available at the apartment
Sadly not suitable for wheelchair users

Facilities
We have a fitted kitchen with hand built units, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator.
Cutlery, crockery and kitchen towels provided.
All bedding is provided.
Please supply your own bath and hand towels.

The apartment is Wi-Fi enabled.

Local activities
Fishing, bird watching, hunting (in season) cycling, walking, museum, traditional restaurant and cafe/bar,
In the main town there is shopping, cinema.
Not far for shopping, golf and skiing (in season) is Sliven, also other towns nearby are Elhovo, Topolovgrad, and Sredets.
We are just 1hour from the Turkish border, a little over 1 hour from the beach at Bourgas and the airport.

We have mountain bikes for hire at 10 bgn per day per bike or 50 bgn per week per bike.

Transport
There are regular buses to Yambol and other towns and villages, or taxis, but we recommend you hire a car locally, which we can help you with.

We can arrange your collection from Bourgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv airport if required (please ask for our rates)

Highlights
Our apartment is in the centre of a very busy and friendly village just 20 minutes from Yambol town.
There is a Thracian museum, a park with a lovely restaurant and cafe/bar in the centre of the village.
There are 3 grocery shops nearby, post office and a pharmacy, pub, restaurant and disco.

Just 5 minutes from Yambol, is a national archaeological reserve and a nature preserved Thracian site known as Kabile.

We also have a first floor apartment ready to rent from March.

1st Oct to 30th April 140 euro per week (based on 7 nights)

Prices are per apartment, which can sleep up to 4 people sharing and a non-refundable deposit of 80 euro is due within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday with the balance due on arrival.

Prices include all electricity/logs as required and a welcome pack of essential items for your arrival.

Please ask if we have short notice availability at special rates.
We also let out for long term 8 weeks or more at reduced prices.
