Description:
A 3 bedroomed 1st floor Duplex apartment which is fully air-conditioned and is built and decorated to a high standard.
The lounge has a 3-seater sofa bed and a recliner armchair. Table and chairs and a TV and DVD/CD player with a selection of DVD/CD's.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and washing machine. The Balcony has table and chairs and overlooks the pool.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath is situated on the top floor and has a two single beds with duvet, (these are currently pushed together to create a super king bed), wardrobes, chest of drawers mirror and bedside cabinets.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with duvets (can be put together to create a super king bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror and bedside cabinets. There is also access to the large balcony from this bedroom via patio doors.
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with duvets, (can be put together to create a super king bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror and bedside cabinets.
The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a stylish power shower, WC and sink with storage cupboard.

Brilliant Apartment & Stay

When we arrived at the apartment we were pleasantly surprised at both the size an airiness. It is certainly a lot bigger than a lot of others we have stayed in before and the amenities were brilliant, most other places we have stayed in have been very basic for the same sort of outlay. The owners seem to have thought of everything from a flatscreen TV and DVD player to amuse the children both young and old when it\'s too hot to sit out or when you have an early night, a fully functional kitchen with all appliances you could possibly need, large bedrooms well fitted out with a change of bedding in each room, towels for everyone and even beach towels to be used around the pool! There was also a lovely family shower room. On the second floor there was a large double bedroom with onsuite bathroom with jacuzzi! There was also a portable TV and DVD player in the Master bedroom and well a a second fridge and kettle with cups making it pretty self contained. There was also a mobile phone available for use in case of emergencies (all emergency numbers had been preloaded) and to also call a local taxi if required, I thought this was a very thoughtful addition to the rental and not something I had come across before. The rental company looking after the apartment were extremely helpful supplying a folder with all the information you need, a suggestion of places to eat and go to and were only a telephone call away in case of any poblems. The walk to Calis was only 15 minutes and even the children found it very easy to walk. The beach front had lots of restaurants and bars and all were very reasonable priced. We went on several trips from Calis, being picked up from our apartment was a bonus. We did a boat trip, the Dalan trip and even splashed out and hired a boat with some friends we had met and had a private trip of the bays all very reasonably priced and only worked out at about Ł10 a head. All in all we had a brilliant time and would definitely book again!
