Location:
Situated on a development overlooking Kalkan village to the left and the
Mediterranean Sea to the front and right. For such a central location, the
apartment is very quiet. There is a choice of 5 pools, i.e. 2 small, 2
medium and 1 large.

Bedroom:
Double bed with under-bed storage. Plenty of wardrobe space, dressing
table with mirror and hairdryer. Air-conditioning. Double aspect view to
sea and pool.

Bathroom:
Bath with integral shower. WC. Wash basin. Plenty of storage. Window
mosquito net.

Lounge:
Sofa bed suitable for one adult or two small adults/children.
Air-conditioning. Window mosquito net. Tape/CD Player (some tapes and CD's
provided but feel free to bring your own) books and games.

Kitchen Area:
Electric oven and grill. Ceramic hob and extractor. Fridge with large
freezer space, kettle & toaster and extensive range of crockery, cutlery,
pans and kitchen utensils. Washing machine and clothes maiden. Iron &
board.

Balcony and Pool:
Balcony table and chairs seat four with parasol. Poolside sun-beds with
Parasols.

Price doesn't include:

Airport transfers from/return to Dalaman - these can be arranged through local agent @ approx £50 per journey per car (up to 3 people).

Welcome pack @ approx. £12 depending on contents.



20% deposit required at time of booking. Balance & £100 breakages deposit

required 6 weeks prior to departure.
