The villa is fully modernised with air conditioning/dishwasher/fridge freezer/washing machine TV / DVD player and microwave. Other extras include hairdryer and iron and ironing board. Bed linen and bath towels also provided.

The Kazdel is set in its own garden with a barbecue area. It is conveniently located near to local bars and restaurants, with a bakery/shop a short distance away. The holiday resort of St Konstantine is located 10 minutes away by taxi or the local bus service.St Konstantine is one of the smaller holiday resorts in Bulgaria with a wide range of activities/bars/restaurants and superb coastline on the Black Sea. Golden Sands is a short bus journey away offering a busier resort. Albena is about 25km from the villa. This is a large purpose built resort with wide sandy beaches.
