The beautiful cottage is situated in the heart of the rolling countryside, perfect for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. Ideal for either couples or families, the area boasts a range of attractions and leisure facilites, all within easy reach.

The cottage benifits from well equipped kitchen, with dining table, split level living room, with log burner, two delightful bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a doubled bed, bathroom.

The kitchen has full height ceiling with oak beams, a dining area seating six, and is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc. Welcome pack provided. High chair available.

From the kitchen you lead in to the split level lounge, here you will find a sofa which converts into a bed. For your entertainment we provide a TV, Radio, DVD, and Video player along with a selection of books, games, DVD's, and Video tapes. The lower level offers two soft arm chairs in which to relax while reading a book with a glass of local wine. There are two cosy settees arranged around the woodburner, which on cooler evenings makes a very cosy area.

A wooden stairs leads up to two beautiful bright comfortable bedrooms on the left is a twin bedded room and to the right is a double bedroom. Stone feature walls, wooden floors and oak beams add to the over all character of the rooms. Cot, stair gate provided on request (free of charge). Linen provided.

Bathroom with oak beams comprises of bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Towels provided.

Guests have the use of family bicycles (child seat avaliable) and an indoor games barn, with table tennis, pool table and darts, ample parking. Wooden decking with table chairs BBQ. Sun loungers etc.

St. Frambault (3 mile) is an award winning flower village, with lake, pedaloes, crazy golf, lakeside walks bars and a very good restaurant. In August the village hosts one of the best fetes in the region, with exhibitions, stalls and parades and is a must to visit.

Ambrieres les Vallees an impressive market town (5 miles) has an excellent leisure park with boating, kayaking, horseriding, swimming, tennis, mini golf and miles of walks. The town also offers a selection of bars and resturants.
