Near Lake Trasimeno, in the middle of a small medieval village, is this lovely holiday home, close to the old city wall with the tower from the 13th century, both buildings are very well preserved.

When you walk through the entrance of the tower, you feel almost surrounded by magic.

The holiday home are decorated in a charming old house. Exterior walls are original.
All interior is restored without breaking the architectural in the interior.



The town lies 18 km from Perugia, and only a short drive to Spoleto, Todi, Orvieto, Assisi and Gubbio.

A perfect place for a holiday.

There are possibilities of cycling, fishing and golfing.

Named after an arch in the window that lights up the enrtrance. Apartment consists of lounge with fireplace, 2 beds. 1 room with double bed. 2 bathrooms. A wooden stairway leads up to a room with double bed and a corridor from which there is access to the terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
