The property consist of a large kitchen with fitted cupboards, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and everything else you might need in the kitchen. There are french doors leading on to the front garden and French doors leading on to the patio area of the back garden. We have stair gates fitted at the bottom and top of our stairs. We also have if needed a cot, highchair and pushchair In the large living room there is T.V. (Engish programs) D.V.D. Video player. Wood burning fire, indoor games (adult and childrens). Large French doors leading on to the front garden. Door leading to back of the house where there is a family bathroom with separate shower, bath, W.C. and sink. A small room ideal for the children to play in. Also a utility room where there is a washing machine and a sink. Door leading on to patio area of back garden. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a shower room with W.C. In the family bedroom there is a super king size double bed also 3 single beds. There are two other double bedrooms and one small bedroom with two single beds in. The outside area consist of a large back garden with patio area where there is a large table and chairs with umbrellas, B.B.Q. To the side of the patio there is a small lawned area where there are sunbeds. The swimming pool is fenced in for security. Also in the garden we have a table tennis table, small sand pit, swing area, badmington and croquet equipment. Out door games and pool equipment for your use. There are 5 bikes for your use also. There is a small river running along the bottom of our field where you can fish. We have rods for your use also. Bed linen is supplied. The coastal town of La Baule is just over an hours drive away. Rennes is a 40 min. drive and Nantes is about 25 mins away. Just 10 mins away is the town of Chateaubriant where there is a large indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, cinema, plenty of bars, restaurants and a chateau. There is a market in the town on a Wednesday morning. Our local village of Isse is just 3 kilometers from the property where there is a supermarket, bakers, chemist, bank and three bars
