In the heart of the natural park of the Cotentin marshes and close to the beaches of la MANCHE, in the region of the CALVADOS, a very comfortable house with a fulll set of house linen provided and a large swimming-pool (01-04/01-11)shared with visitors of the guestrooms. Situated on a haras (horse farm), in the exceptional setting of an ancient mansion of the 15th century, you will be able to visit the peninsula of the Cotentin, the D-day beaches, and witness the art of horse breeding: in spring birth of new foals, in summer training of yearlings and in autumn weaning of the young foals...

Ground floor: 1 kitchen (bar, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine), 1 living/diningroom (TV (satellite), fire place, DVD player), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (jetstream, sink, Toilet), 1 WC. On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bedroom (3 x single bed), 1 bathroom (whirlpool, 2 x sink), 1 WC. General: heating, terrace, garden (fenced), garden furniture, BBQ, parking, swimmingpool (heated, roofed, 10 x 5 m., opened from Apr upto and including Nov), cot, high chair, 1 garage.
The 11.5m swimming pool is heated to 27o from 1st April to 1st November. The swimming pool is covered by a tall shelter and if the weather is not good it is still possible to enjoy the pool and the loungers inside. Activity on the stud-farm is not very intense in spring as it is the birth of the foals.
