The property can accommodate up to 5/6 people. It is equipped with all the modern facilities, including a cosy lounge with feature fireplace, to make your holiday 'home from home' in a relaxing 'get away from it all' location about a 10 mins drive from the small town of Villers Bocage, where there is a good choice of restaurants, supermarket, swimming pool etc.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Mezzaine with single bed.
Additional single bed is also avaiable.

Bathroom: Bath, overhead shower and basin.
Separate toilet
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living Room: is open plan with fully fitted kitchenette, complete with cooker, fridge and microwave and dining area. The living area has a feature fireplace a television with Sky satellite freeview TV channels installed, dvd, hi-fi (sofa bed if required).
The gite is fully central heated and has communal gardens. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside there is a large terrace area overlooking the river. Ideally positioned for enjoying lovely French wines and cheeses on a relaxed warm evening.

A non refundable deposit of 30% is requested to secure your booking.

Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, however other arrangements may be available upon request.
