Description:
Tiranui Cottage is a fantastic luxury cottage in its own grounds looking out over Loch Leven. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably, it is bright, airy and has modern furnishings.
As you enter the cottage on the right is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Straight in front as you enter the house is a toilet and wash hand basin.
The living/dining room has a spectacular view of the Loch and Pap of Glencoe mountain. It is equipped with storage heaters, C.D. player, Free Sat T.V., DVD player and selection of DVDs. The dining area has a table big enough to seat eight people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the equipment expected in a modern kitchen. There is also a utility room which houses a separate freezer and washing/dryer area with washer.
The second downstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. This room has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet, bidet, bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and double bed and a second with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have wall mounted convector heaters and are tastefully decorated.
The upstairs bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet, shower and heated towel rail.
The conservatory at the rear of the house is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy the fabulous surroundings.
The house is fully heated throughout by Economy 7 (white meter) storage radiators.
This property is non-smoking throughout, no pets. Wi-fi available.

Rental Rates:
Prices range from £780 per week in the low season from Feb.to end of March and Sept. and Oct. to £995 per week in the high season June, July & August
