Lomalagi means "Heaven" in the Fijian language and when you're in Heaven, you get to make your own rules! Rule #1: A maximum of 12 guests in six huge and very private Villas, spaced along 400 meters of hillside, just above the beach. Each Villa has a 12'x32' partially covered deck with a spectacular view. We're located on Vanua Levu, Fiji's second largest and most lush island. We're 25km from Savusavu -- right on Natewa Bay, the largest deep-water bay in the South Pacific. It's over 40 miles to open ocean and there are mountains on either side of the bay, covered by lush tropical rain forest.

We include complimentary transfers from Savusavu airport with a minimum stay of 3 nights, plus full snorkel gear, mountain bikes and 2-person ocean-going kayaks. You'll receive a plate of fresh tropical fruit on arrival. Laundry service is complimentary so you can pack light! All Villas have a radio / CD player so you can bring your favorite music. Most have a TV/VCR for over 300 free movies -- no television.

You can dine in your Villa, by the pool or in the Dining Pavilion which adjoins the pool -- your choice. Maybe a Robinson Crusoe picnic to a 3/4 mile long secluded white sand beach? And, not to be missed, a
remote snorkelling trip including a visit with our two pods of wild Spinner dolphins. We're told they're the only RESIDENT pods of dolphins in Fiji! Other activities include village and/or school visits; a tour in our mini jet boat; island tours; black pearl farm tour.

Unlike any other resort in Fiji, at Lomalagi all menus are designed to guests' preferences which means we'll ask you for your food likes & dislikes before you come. Breakfast is selected from a menu (the night before) and most guests have it brought to their Villa in the morning. The 3-course lunch & 4-course dinner are planned to include things you like and exclude things you don't like or can't eat. It works really well! We also like to know your beverage preferences in advance so we can try to have your favorites on hand.

Because we're so small and personalized, we're happy to provide early check-in and, if you'd like, late departure. If your Villa is available on the day you arrive/depart, there's no additional charge -- only for the extra breakfast and/or lunch on those days if you want them.

Rental Rates:
Rates are seasonal and range from US$380 - US$499/couple/night, (including meals) depending on length of stay, season and Villa category. The "low season" in Fiji is mid-January through the end of March, when it's a bit more humid. Otherwise, the daytime temperature (low 80's) doesn't vary much year-round. It's quite "cool" at night during July and August. A "Last Minute Deal" is also available, within 60 days of arrival.
