Lorne House is an attractive Bed and Breakfast in Leven, Fife, run by the resident proprietors David and Carol Hutton. All guests are assured of a very warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Lorne House has three bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities and the third has its own private bathroom. All bedrooms have colour television, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer, shaver point and mini fridge. Two of the bedrooms overlook the golf course, with the third overlooking the countryside. Residents can relax in the gardens or in the spacious lounge, which has Sky television. There is ample private parking for all guests' cars. A broadband internet connection is now available in all rooms at Lorne House.
For guests who wish to enjoy the wide range of sports on offer, we have safe storage for sports gear and full drying facilities.
Lorne House specialises in bespoke, or customized, golfing holidays. There are over 40 challenging links courses very close by in Fife, including the famous St Andrews old course - the 'home of golf'. Lorne House is also conveniently located for walkers who can explore the Fife Coastal Path, or for cyclists who will enjoy the Fife Cycleways. Many other leisure pursuits are available nearby too.
Lorne House is located on the Fife Tourist Route - a short drive from the old picturesque fishing villages of the scenic East Neuk. We are also very convenient for day trips for touring Fife or other parts of Scotland, or to pop over to Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city.

Rental Rates:
Lorne House can be booked for a minimum of one night's stay for Bed and Breakfast, from a low season rate of £25 pppn for the Twin Room. The ensuite Double Rooms can be booked for £30 pppn. Please check with us for availability for your holiday dates, and we shall be happy to confirm your booking. Lorne House is also available to let as a fully equipped private self-catering accommodation, with 4 bedrooms available to sleep up to 8 persons. Rates on request.
