Our luxury two bedroom apartment is located in a prime residential area of Kato Pafos and is a 15 minute drive from Pafos International Airport and 90 minutes from Larnaka International Airport.
We are located in a peaceful neighbourhood and are on a complex of only 30 apartments arranged in 2 and 3 storey buildings around a stunning pool and sunbathing area. The apartment is on the ground floor and the large veranda overlooks the pool area.
The bedrooms are well equipped and all linen and towels (including beach towels) are included in the rental price. Alarm clocks are provided in each room and a hair-dryer, iron/ironing board and safe deposit box are provided for your convenience. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find in a holiday apartment and more. There is a washing machine, microwave and toaster as well as the obligatory oven/hob and fridge-freezer. You will find more than enough pots and pans for your needs as well as a modern dinner service and plenty of glasses including tumblers and wine goblets.
A modern dining area separates the kitchen and living areas. An extendable dining table and 4 comfortable dining chairs combine to provide a modern Mediterranean dining atmosphere.
The living area is tastefully furnished with a modern and comfortable sofa, armchair and occasional stool. There is a television and DVD player as well as SKY TV family package to keep the children entertained, and the adults up to date with current events in the UK. A CD player is provided together with a DVD and CD library.
A selection of books is available for your reading pleasure, as well as a variety of board games and children's toys. The property has the benefit of heating and air-conditioning. Units are provided in each bedroom as well as one in the living area. This is included in the rental price.
On the veranda, patio furniture is provided including table and chairs and sun beds. A barbecue is also provided.
We appreciate how difficult it is for people travelling with young children and have endeavoured to make your holiday less complicated by providing a number of children's amenities. A travel cot is available for those travelling with infants. A booster seat has been provided to make meal times easier together with two children's dinner sets. These include plates, bowls, cutlery and beakers. A good selection of children's DVDs and toys are also available.
The last thing you want to do on arrival in Pafos is go to the supermarket! We will provide a welcome pack in the apartment on arrival to get you started. The apartment will be clean and serviceable on arrival and a maid will visit weekly thereafter.
For your peace of mind, smoke alarms are fitted and there is a first aid kit and fire extinguishers provided. Our apartment manager is on hand to assist you with any problems or to offer advice and information.
